Wolverhampton's Liberal Democrat MEP Liz Lynne has backed a cross party call in the European Parliament calling for action to tackle growing youth unemployment and the difficulty for workers over 55 to get new jobs.

To record the year and the hundreds of engagements during that time, Tom is keeping a journal as a record of some of the events, meetings and people that he has seen as part of his time of Mayor, and the good things happening across Folkestone and Shepway.
The Ampitheatre on the Lower Leas, Folkestone, was the perfect venue for the Girl Guide Association to celebrate 100 years of Girl Guiding. Campfire songs change very little over the years and we enjoyed joining in with the many songs that were led by the Guides and leaders.
