At an international conference in Oslo, the Government announced a decision to agree to a declaration calling for a treaty banning cluster bombs.
The Liberal Democrats have voted against the extension of control orders when the Commons debated their renewal. He is described as a white male around 38-40 years old, wearing dark or black coloured clothing. He offers to fit alarm systems to properties. He is possibly travelling by foot and carrying a bag.
