Liberal Democrat Health and Adult Services spokesman on Hampshire County Council, Cllr David Harrison (pictured) is calling on the Tory led council to raise council tax by 2% to fund care for the elderly. In a statement issued this week he said the county council should take full advantage of the Chancellor's recent relaxation of rules to raise additional funding for adult care.
