Leader of Barnet Liberal Democrats Cllr Jack Cohen is wondering if Barnet Council's left hand knows what its right hand is doing. An eagle eyed resident spotted this odd street signage in West Finchley. Cllr Cohen complains this is yet another example of waste of council taxpayers' money.
