Local campaigner and former Councillor Andrew Ellwood has been nominated to be the Liberal Democrat candidate in the Gedling Borough Council by-election on the 15th of September.
A detailed application for 90 houses and 3,800 square metres of business units went to the southern area planning committee on August 18th. The scheme already had outline planning permission.
