Right behind their stand, were the premises that only 2 weeks ago had been given planning approval by Westminster Council to become yet another gambling outlet.
Spotted this Sunday in Folkestone's Sandgate Road Garden of Remembrance - a poppy wreath with a UKIP logo at the centre. Can anyone possibly think that Party politics and logos are appropriate as a part of Remembrance services? Really?

In response to Brentwood Leisure Trust's application for an alcohol license at Merrymeade House, Sawyers Hall Lane, Brentwood North's Liberal Democrat councillors have met with residents of Merrymeade House, Brentwood Place, Burland Road and Highland Avenue to discuss their concerns and involve them in the Council's licensing process.
