LIB DEMS VISIT EYRES MONSELL COMMUNITY CENTRE

Lib Dem local campaigner Cllr Parmjit Gill today visited Eyres Monsell Community Centre with Shadow Cabinet Minister for Work and Pensions Steve Webb MP and local councillor Mark Farmer. The Lib Dem team met with local pensioners at the community centre for lunch to discuss community matters. Top concerns for local residents are the closure of local Post Offices and the Labour candidate's record of closing homes for the elderly in Leicester.

Spinney Hills Lib Dem councillors Mussa Saleh, Hashim Panchbaya and Mustafa Karim have been taking action to deal with concerns expressed by local residents about traffic and highways issues in the area.
