Linda Chung was elected as the Liberal Democrat councillor for Hampstead Town on 25 September 2008. Linda won the seat from the Conservatives with a massive swing and overturned a Tory majority of 549 votes to secure her own majority of 128.
DELGA has welcomed a call today by Government Equalities Office director general Jonathan Rees for action in all public bodies before the introduction of the proposed Equality Bill.
