Recently my inbox has been full of emails from disgruntled residents telling me they are fed up with the current parking regime. As part of its "One Barnet" policy, the Conservatives outsourced the responsibility for parking enforcement to a private company. This was back in May. Since then residents have been contacting me regularly with a catalogue of examples of what they consider unfair penalty charge notices.
