'Britain's carers need greater recognition' says Annette Brooke MP
Annette Brooke MP has teamed up with TV and radio presenter Jonathan Dimbleby to support this year's Carers Week. To celebrate the contribution made by those people in Mid Dorset and North Poole and throughout the UK who provide unpaid care for someone who is ill, frail or disabled.

Following the European election results, in which the Lib Dems held our ten seats and gained one seat in the Midlands, DELGA Chair Jen Yockney said: "We'd like to thank so many people for your support in the elections, both voters who gave the Lib Dems their support and countless volunteers who worked long and hard on the campaign. While we held all our Euro seats and made a technical gain in the Midlands, it is disappointing not to have taken the second seat in London that would have made Jonathan Fryer our first 'out' MEP."
