Surrey Liberal Democrats call for parents of disabled children to receive more support
At tomorrow's meeting of the Full Council of Surrey County Council Liberal Democrats will be calling on the Conservative-run County Council to enable more parents of disabled children to have short breaks to support them in their caring role.

South Lakes MP Tim Farron has today welcomed the news that 39,400 working people have received a tax cut in South Lakeland and that 3,390 people have been taken out of paying income tax altogether.

Further Rail Improvements in East of England: More Trains between Ipswich and Lowestoft
Abellio train operator Greater Anglia today, Monday, 10th December 2012, introduced a new hourly service between Ipswich and Lowestoft after work to install a passing loop was completed at Beccles. The £4m scheme, jointly funded by Network Rail and Suffolk County Council, has brought a previously disused platform at Beccles station back into use.
