Yesterday, 10th August, 2017, it was announced that the West Midlands Rail Franchise was awarded to Abellio JVRail, a joint venture between Abellio, East Japan Railway Company and Mitsui & Co Ltd. The consortium will trade as West Midlands Trains Ltd. The franchise will start in December 2017 and will finish in March 2026.
Brighton & Hove Lib Dems wish that Brighton & Hove Albion have a successful season. We certainly approve of Albion's alternative kit, especially the main colour! The new gold and black alternative kit contains a black Nike Swoosh alongside Albion's Seagulls logo. Away the lads!

Residents have until 17 Sep 2017 to comment on the KCC Rights of Way Improvement Plan. The plan covers how rights of way are used in Kent and any changes that are required in the next 10 years to meet the needs of residents and people visiting Kent. KCC have hired a market research agency called Lake Market Research to carry out the consultation and process responses.
