Blair talks of Action on Global Warming but still no sign of change at home

Green taxes have fallen to their lowest level since Mrs Thatcher was Prime Minister and the Government is cutting budgets related to climate change for both flood defences and research. Until the Government starts practicing what it preaches, nobody should take its green credentials seriously."
