Dear David, As you know, one of the most urgent tasks facing the Coalition Government is to reform the funding of Higher Education. Our objectives are clear: high-quality university teaching and research; fair access for all, regardless of background; and a progressive funding structure.

A special meeting of Spelthorne Council's Overview and Scrutiny Committee is to be held to look closely at the proposal for a so-called Eco Park at Charlton Lane.
